This page details the payment and refund modalities applicable to the transport services offered by TaxiZara via the taxihuy.be website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1. Cash Payment

Cash payment is accepted directly from the driver at the end of the trip. We recommend having the exact amount if possible.

1.2. Credit Card Payment

We accept the following credit/debit cards:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Maestro
• Bancontact

Card payments are secured via our partner Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of security certification).

1.3. Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer is possible for advance reservations and business clients. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.

1.4. Mobile Payment

We also accept:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Payconiq by Bancontact

2. Payment Timing

2.1. Classic Rides

Payment is made at the end of the trip to the driver.

2.2. Airport Shuttles

For airport shuttles, payment may be requested:

• At the time of reservation (online payment)
• At the time of departure (to the driver)

2.3. Business Clients

Specific payment modalities can be agreed upon for companies (monthly billing, prepaid account, etc.).

3. Pricing and Quotes

3.1. Free Quote

A free, no-obligation quote is provided before any reservation. This quote indicates the total price of your trip, all fees included.

3.2. Pricing Elements

The price of your trip is calculated based on:

• The distance between the departure point and destination
• The pickup time (potential supplement for night or weekend rides)
• The type of service (classic taxi, airport shuttle, express delivery)
• The number of passengers (supplement for groups requiring multiple vehicles)

3.3. What's Included

• The full trip from point A to point B
• Standard luggage transport
• Reasonable waiting time (10 min for a classic ride, 45 min after landing for airports)
• Real-time flight tracking (airport shuttles)

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Free Cancellation

Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time is free. If a payment has already been made, it will be fully refunded.

4.2. Late Cancellation

For any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the pickup time :

• Cancellation fees corresponding to 50% of the amount of the trip may be applied
• If the trip was prepaid, only 50% will be refunded

4.3. No-Show

In case of non-presentation of the client at the agreed time and place, without prior cancellation:

• The total amount of the trip may be billed
• If the trip was prepaid, no refund will be made

5. Refunds

5.1. Refund Conditions

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• Cancellation by the client within the scheduled timeframes (see section 4)
• Cancellation by TaxiZara (force majeure, technical problem)
• Service not compliant with what was agreed
• Double billing or payment error

5.2. Refund Period

Refunds are made within a period of:

• 5 to 10 business days for credit card payments
• 3 to 5 business days for bank transfers

The refund is made to the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Please specify the date of the trip, the amount paid, and the reason for your request.

6. Complaints

In case of a problem with your payment or if you wish to contest billing:

• Contact us within 48 hours following the trip
• Provide all necessary elements (date, amount, reference if available)
• We commit to processing your complaint within 5 business days

7. Payment Security

The security of your payment data is our priority:

• All online payments are secured by SSL/TLS
• We use Stripe, a world leader in online payment
• We never store your credit card data
• Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified

8. Billing

An invoice or receipt can be provided upon simple request. For business clients, the invoice is automatically sent by email.
